Processes affecting shop-floor production, from live animal reception to finished stock. Kais MES manages the slaughterhouse — truck reception, lairage, stunning, sexing, RFID hooks, inspection loops and dispatch to the stabilization room — and the processes of carcass intake request, cutting, ID points, boxing, palletizing, packaging, hanging and freezing, together with peripheral connectivity processes. All of this alongside planning.
Detailed under Kais Central, though the core Kais Logistic and Kais Factory modules are required to manage each plant. It covers mandatory processes such as master tables, as well as stock control and traceability. It is also required for cost control. Product and dispatch processes are optional, in case these are not managed through the company's own ERP.
This group of modules covers the software needed to bring shared processes together. This is why Kais Logistic is included here — item-identification criteria, bills of materials and other groupings can be shared across plants. It also includes shared reports, monitoring and data analysis.
Note that the Kais Central Base should only be added starting from the second plant.
These tools are complementary and require the modules from the previous sections to function.
A Base item is the required foundation of a section; selecting any other item in that section activates it automatically.
Items that include a numeric field (terminals, users, licenses or plants) require you to specify the quantity once selected.
